Hello to all,
I have a problem when trying to find recent support packages or patches for SAP frontend components in the relevant download section in service.sap.com. It reports that there is no Data Available.
When I logon to service.sap.com with my clients account details, then there is a lot of stuff available for download.
What might be the problem with my s user account?

Hi Dimitrios,
As every S000* id is governed by the Customer or a Partner, you will be able to see and download patches or Support Packages according to the Systems and types of SAP products that are registered with SAP.
This may be one of the important and major reasons for the same.
