Different Approval Mails in Different Clients

Hi All,

The approval mail which is generated by EBP after a shopping cart is created is different in two different clients.

Eg. In <b>Client-I</b>, the subject is:

<b>#EBP_GEN# Approval of SC ..........</b>

Whereas in <b>Client-II</b> it says:

<b>Approval of SC of .........</b>

The subject and contents of Client-II is what we have defined in Workflow Builder. But am not sure which task is triggered to generate the mail as in Client-II.

Please help me regarding the same.

Hi Anand,

Standard Program 'RSWUWFMLEC' is reponsible to send all mails.

Please check this program in both the clients.

The text in the mail will be coming from the work item text.

To find which standard task is passing the text, goto Tcode SWDD

give your Workflow template number and check the standard task over there.

or goto Tcode SWI1 and check the log of the workflow.

Hi Andy,

The issue is resolved.

The proper variant wasn't selected when scheduling the report RSWUWFLEC and that is the reason the particular task from the workflow was not selected when the approval mail was generated.
