Visual Administrator disconnect and server hang XI 3.0 SP 19?

We just installed XI 3.0 with SP19. Everything is fine until we started and connected Visual Adminstrator. After a few seconds it gets disconnected with message "Ping Time Out. Connection to Server is lost!". After that the CPU utilization by the 2 jlaunch process gets unusally high and the j2ee engine appeared to be hanging. This high CPU activities would continue for upto 30 minutes. However, we cannot connect to Visual Administrator again unless we restart the server.

Hi,

I think this is due to the Memory Utilization. Once we also faced this type of problem then we restarted the server.

I suggest to cancel all the unwanted service running on the server.
