Oracle 9.2.0.6.0 on Solaris 10

Hello,

we want to migrate our Test SAP instance from a Solaris 8 server

into a Solaris 10 Container on a new server. Is Oracle 9.2.0.6.0 Solaris 10

compliant ? As Solaris 10 is downwards binary compatible, can I copy

the instance ?

hi Sacha, have a look at the product availability matrix (pam)

-> which sap release do you use?

-> which sap kernel?

for example kernel 640 64-bit is supported for oracle 9.2 on solaris/sparc 10...

we currently use SAP release 620,

on a 640 (64 bit) kernel.

it is compatible for your configuration.
