Move user in organisation with FM

Hello, have anyone an idea how can I move a user in the organisationmodel with a FM. Today I must drag-and-drop user for user manuel with the mouse.

Hi,

You can use transaction USERS_GEN or FM BBPU_CONVERT_SINGLE_SU01_USER.

How do you use USERS_GEN to move an already created user from one node to another one ?

Hi Yann,

Sorry, You have right. I misunderstood Marc question. In USERS_GEN you can attach users to organisational node, not move. Marc may try to use BBP_USER_CHANGE_ORG.

Hello Marcin,

many thanks for the hint. I have test it but something run wrong. I fill only the import parameter with the name and the node id from the organisationmodel where the user should move. Now the user is wrong and a can't repair it.

Which parameter must fill for a correct move ?

Hello Marc,

To revert the changes do the following:

- remember text and short text in user position text

- in PPOMA_BBP delete assigment for bad user.

- right click on Org Unit and choose create.

- choose 'position' from list

- fill text and short text

- right click on already created position and choose 'assign'.

- find your user on list and click OK button.

I will find better way to move users.
