IDES ECC 6.0

I installed IDES and found that several clients were installed.

I see that users were created only for clients 000 and 001. The users

are ddic and sap*.

I want to log on to the other clients above, but I don't know what users

are available in those clients.

Hi Gregory Carlson,

you can also log into other clients (800,810,811,812) using user SAP* and DDIC using passwords

06071992 and 19920607 respectively but not with the master password you gave during installation

Could you kindly tell us where to find installation guides for the IDES ECC 6.0 version. We would like to know what files to download from service marketplace and how to proceed with the installation.

You are much better off to simply order the IDES CDs from SAP. The ECC 6.0 IDES package is huge, and you would spend more time downloading the CDs and DVDs than it would for SAP to send the whole package via DHL

You have to create other users. You can do so with the SAP* user.

Check on information on the ddic en sap* user.
