Messages are not displayed in sxi_monitor transaction

my scenarios are working fine, I verified with a file->XI->file scenario where a file is picked up from FTP and output file is created in target FTP site.

But I dont see the messages relevant in the sxi_monitor, what could be the problem that monitor does not show processed messages.

FYI, I can see the relevant message in the message displaying tool(MDT)

Hi,

Make sure that the time stamp in SXI_MONITOR is a valid time stamp!

go to SXMB_ADM and see how the transactions are configured for you channel.

I appreciate if you can give me steps to verify the transactions configured for the channel.

FYI, I can see all the message in monitor except for the messages which involve the reciever thru SAOP comm channel. even though the scenario is working successfully

Initially u said file-file msgs not in MONI.. now u said SOAP msgs not in MONI.. which one is correct?

You can see asynch messages in MONI, but are not able to view Synch messages? Is this what you mean?

If yes, then in SXMB_ADM --> Integration Engine Configuration --> Specific Configuration --> Add the parameter ,

Category --> RunTime LOGGING_SYNC set to 1.
