2u00BA Approver is shown in BBP_PD but not work item is found

Hi,

I have a 2 level approval WF in Shopping cart, The approvers are well identified but my 2º approver is not receiving any work item.

In BBP_PD I can see both users, even in one shopping cart the work item have reached the second level.

Any idea ti identify the cause of this

Can you please check whether the first user has approved the cart or not ?

Check the workflow LOG in SWI1 and there you can see the details, why the workitem is not being sent.
