Hello,
Suddenly the java stack is not working in SAPXI PRD. i mean i could not able to open SXMB_IFR TRcode... what could be reason, please help
regards,
Gayatri.
It may be for a lot of reasons.
First of all check if the user SAPJSF is looked. In that case, unlock it and start the J2EE from transaction SMICM

Hi Gayatri,
open the <b>latest defaultTrace.trc</b> file, here you can find what is the problem.
The trace file is located here:
/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<SystemNumber>/j2ee/cluster/server0/log.
Hope this help

Hi Gayatri,
There are a lot of reasons as to why the java stack could be down. Try bouncing the J2EE stack again. ( restart), and see if it works
All the best!

Prashanth
