Hello,
Our systems are ECC5.0 on windows/oracle. We have installed production system. Now we have a problem in our test system. The TMS queue is empty in test system, the queues of the development and production systems are ok. We have a central transport directory.
There are transport requests in data and cofile at OS level.
DIR_TRANS is pointing ok, cofile and data file are in the right
locations. I can't transport requests manually by clicking on
Extras -> Other requests -> Add, because after I choose the request, nothing appears in the queue .
When I check from TMS (systems -> check : Connection test, Transport directory, Transport tool) there are no errors.
DIR_TRANS is the same with TRANSDIR.
Settings for DIR_TRANS are correct in AL11.
Do you have any ideea what could be the cause of this?
It is very important to us, because we have GO-LIVE on 01st of January.
Thank you
The system was not assigned to any of the Transport Group.

Hi,
1) Queue --> Check --> Consistency -
OK
2) I can't add a request to the queue
3) I don't have any end mark. In queue -> move end mark it is in grey ... maybe because the queue is empty.
The alert from TMS alert viewer:
Command TMS_MGR_TRANSMIT_TR_QUEUE
Service Transport Service
Start Online
Function TMS_TP_COMMIT_BUFFER
Message TP_REPORTED_ERROR
Transport control program tp ended with error code 0211

Hi,
In this file /usr/sap/trans/buffer/<SID> is
#1/_TASK CLITRELESAPUSER EXL W H A I U C M D V R G < K R3 R4 R5 umodes ASCL2006121909281000000000PROJECT P1234
#A
buffer cleaned on 20061219092810
I have been copied for many times the content of other SID system file. When I get in STMS I can see there are 200 requests for test system, but when i want to see them, it appears : Import queue is empty .
Everything from that file desappear and it shows like at the begining:
#1/_TASK CLITRELESAPUSER EXL W H A I U C M D V R G < K R3 R4 R5 umodes ASCL2006121911055700000000PROJECT P1234
#A
buffer cleaned on 20061219110557
so...it doesn't work.
Thanks

some times the DB is not mounted after a Back up,... try checking with the basis guys for this kind of miss ups.
Hope it helps.

Hi Raluca
Check in /usr/sap/trans/buffer/<SID>
file
It is the OS level file for the import queue. Whatever is there in the file can be seen in the queue.
So if there are no requests there use the rcp command to bring the Transports requests to that file manuallly.
I hope that would help to resolve the problem.
Thanks
