XML file posting probm

Hello,

i have posted wrong XML file to test the alerts in my XI system, alerts are not working. that is one issue, but the real issue is if i post right one also it is showing error now, do i need to refresh cache or any thing like this. if so can any one tell me the steps to refresh the cache.

Hi Gayatri,

try to check the Communicational Channel status in Component Monitoring in the Runtime Workbench.
