Hi,
you can find Web Services (Enterprise Services) in the Enterprise Services Workplace (ES Workplace). The ES Workplace allows you to explore, test, and use enterprise services to make enterprise SOA tangible. Here, you will find all of the currently productized enterprise services by SAP.

hi,
it depends on your NW and ERP releases what you get built in on the ABAP stack.
until recently you only get BAPIs and RFCs which are to be accessed as webservices. I already provided you with a relevant transaction and . more important - a suiting BSP application which shows you services, WSDLs, etc.

ps: AFAIK we don't exchange knowledge in private here but we try to do that in public to get the most benefit for all here. please respect that.
WSADMIN
or BSP application WEBSERVICEBROWSER
