Hi,
I m having problem to delete an adaptive RPC model. The reason why i want to delete the model is because i can already see errors on the NWDS when i browse the dictionary. The error description are
Type missing (Hint: The type might have been deleted from the dictionary)
Initially i tried to re-import the model but got the following error:
An internal error has occured. See error logs for more details.
Plugin Name: Web Dynpro Model Editor Services
Plugin ID: com.sap.ide.webdynpro.service.modeleditor
Class: com.sap.ide.webdynpro.modeleditor.wizards.model.creation.ModelWizard$9
Method: doReimportDynRfcModel
Message: Adaptive RFC model reimport failed
Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException: null
Because i can't re-import the model, i m trying to delete it and re-create a new one.
So when i right click on the model and click on delete. I will ask to choose an activity which i did and then i got the following error
Uncheckout failed for the following files:
..................................................
.................................................
Although i got this error, the model dissapears from the NWDS but re-appears after a while.
Did anyone encounter the following problem before ?
Please help. Thanks.

Hi,
Ensure that you have rights to check-out the files from the DTR track.
Can you tell which IDE release are you using ?

Hi Danial,
You need to have write permissions to checkout a file in your project.
Looks like you don't have permissions . so you are getting the message "Uncheckout failed".
