SWC "SAP BASIS" is empty, What to install?

I am working on a new SAP XI environment and want to use Enhanced Receiver Determination.

I have imported SWC SAP BASIS (both 6.4 and 7.0), but they are completely "empty" (no namespace, no data definitions).

Is there any task (post install) that need to be performed to load this standard data in this SWC ?

Go to service marketplace and download the SWCV from:

Support Packages and Patches -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP NETWEAVER -> SAP NETWEAVER 2004S -> Entry by Component -> Content PI/XI

Choose XI CONTENT SAP_BASIS 7.00

Upload the file to your Integration Repository.

What is your SP level? You need to import the SWCV based on the SP level..

We run SAP BASIS 7.0, SP 9.
