I want to change form using in T-Code FBZ5 which is for check printing.

So can anybody please tell me which form is using in this and how to change this.

Ya i have found the program name using that ststus tab....

Program name is SAPMFCHK but it is Module pool so i cant debug so i cant find form name. That is the problem so if you can please help me.

Hi Hemant

The form name is Y_AP_CANADA_CHCK for your t-code. As you copy this to do the changes it will automatically take the program which the standard script had as its driver program. The table entries has to be maintained in YTNAPR if required.

Hi ,

did u try to see the program which is running when the transaction is in progress. after finding the program name then try using TNAPR table entries to see the form name.

u can see the program name for transaction using the sap status bar on the sap work bench right bottom corner.hope u understand this.
