How to set green hook as default for imported requests in STMS

Does anyone knows why in stms some transports requests which are imported have status jelow triangle.

I was told it is possible to set it all to green hook(but how?)

Hi Tina,

Yellow triangle or green hook depends on the options selected when importing the transport request (single import). Yellow triangle is when option "Leave Transport Request in Queue for later Import" was selected, green hook when this option was de-selected.

I am not aware that you can change the marking from yellow to green, but however you can start a "import all" in the system and all yellow transports will be imported again as the selected option was telling, afterwards the transport is deleted from the import queue. When starting the "import all" the green transports are not imported again but "only" deleted from the import queue.

You can also select the option "Extras=>Delete imported Requests" from the menu and all green transports will be deleted from the queue, the yellow remain.

This does not completely answer your question, but is hopefully helpful...
