Problems with SSO in standalone ITS with ESS functionality

We are running R/3 4.7 with ESS on an ITS standalone. We are not running EP.

Currently users need to provide login and password twice for accessing ITS page and ESS functions.

Is it possible to configure a SSO mechanism to provide login and password only when accessing ITS page? ITS and ESS are not in the same domain but in workgroup.

We solved the logon issue using SAP Logon Ticket.

The SAP Web AS Security Administration is a presentation of the EUROPEAN SAP TECHNICAL EDUCATION CONFERENCE 2002 Sept. 30 – Oct. 2, 02 Bremen, Germany and can be found in SDN.
