How to install my XI product in other place

I have created a software component in XI, i want to send to a friend through mail is he able to use my software component in his XI server over there.

If i want to extract integration repository content(integration directory content) from XI server(is in linux) and import in some remote location where i can search for IR contents.

How it happens can u explain step by step procedure.

please. its urgent.

Just to add on..

Normally the path in the server where the content will be exported is:

<systemDir>\xi\repository_server\export.

<systemDir> = "\usr\sap\<SAPSID>\SYS\global"

Choose the SWCV , then <B>Tools--> Export ... </B>

This will export a TPZ file in the Server... You need to get that file from the Sever with the help of ur Basis Consultant.. ZIP it and Send to ur friend....

Same procedure for ID Content....
