Hi,

I have 2 problems.

HI,

I have a report which has 12 months and different revenues and cost types in a

grid display. I am printing

only if the field has >=1. The report is printing the whereever there is empty

space instead of properly columns ex

Descp Mon1 Mon2 Mon3

XXXX 99 00 00

YYYY 00 88 00

ZZZZ 00 00 44

After the condtion my output looks like this

Descp Mon1 Mon2 Mon3

XXXX 99

YYYY 88

ZZZZ 44

The report should print like this

Descp Mon1 Mon2 Mon3

XXXX 99

YYYY 88

ZZZZ 44

I have a main page and T&C page to print, would like to print 2 copes of data(main) only one

copy of T&C. How to go about it by default.

REgards,

Harsha

Hi,

If you want blank spaces also in output, you should use Table or template within loop.

Harsha,

In the TABLE node, use the frame pattern and then specify which field needs in which column of the table node. That should take care of the issue.

Could you elaborate on this? I am using 4.6C, how to use the frames?

Hi,

Inside the table,if you check the right side, you can see a tab called Table. In that, you can note a push button called select pattern under table pattern.Click that and chose appropriate pattern.

Check sf_examples_01 and sf_example_02.

Kindly reward points if it helps.

thanks,

I thought heard diffrent (frames). I have selected a grid pattern. Due to space constraints all the currency is moved to char field . I have 13 columns

1 for Descp and the rest for 12 months. In the condition tab

currency_field ne space then print the value. But when it gets printed data

moving to left grid instead of space.

Hi Harsha,

I am not very sure of how you want your output to look like. SDN removes the blank spaces in the post.

Anyway, have you tried using tabs(,,) for your formating? That might help you.
