ADS Test Scenario

Hello,

Is there a way, we can test the ADS functionality???

I have tested the following programs:

FP_PDF_TEST_00 ==> successfully executed: Version Information: 705.20060620101936.310918

FP_TEST_00 ==> successfully executed: I view the PDF file in a Print preview format.

Is there any way, I can see the PDF file generation by executing the program? I do not want to see the PDF file generation in a Print preview/print spool format.

Except the programs you mentioned, any program starting with FP* should give you a PDF covering one or more aspects of this technology. They are shipped with SAP NetWeaver.

if the program FP_TEST_00 returns the PDF the ADS configuration sohould be just fine.

I do not exactly understand what you mean by: see the PDF file generation.

Can you please detail this?

What I ment was that, when you run a program, you will see a sample PDF file will get opened automaticlly.

I saw this kind of test, when I was at SAP TechEd.

it could have been an example provided for techED, or an standrad application configured for using ADOBE Forms.

I can not tell you exaclty.

As I said above, if you run any of the FP* programs in SE38, you will see a PDF. Something like the TechEd sample is in the works, but I cannot make any statements on when it will be shipped.
