We are currently locking all the printers in our Test systems because it causes confusion with the production outputs. Currently there is no way to differentiate the outputs between the production and test systems.
I know one option is to add this caption 'Test Print' in all the SAPscript and smart forms we have and print it based on checking the system id. But considering the volume of forms that would need to be changed for this, it is not a feasible option.
Is there any other way (Probably a setting in SPAD - or through cover page), that this is possible to do at the system level instead of tweaking every single form ?
Thanks for your help !

Thiru
Hi,
Yes you have an option. But you may need to waste one page per print (infact we cannot call it as waste). Make use of the SAP cover page. You can go to SPAD. Select Output Device type --> Output Attribute, Select SAP Cover page. hope this will solve your problem.
Feel free to revert back.
