NSP bcuser password fail

***i got this message when i try to log on as BCUSER message "password logon no longer possible too many failed attempts" . how can i reset my password ,

plz suggest me as soon as possible.

• i make a different user as a copy of BCUSER .

but it ask for a access key...... i provide 29671482393151224771 that key

but this key is not working .

help me to solve that

Hi

You Can Unlock BCUSER Via Tcode SU01 and then Click Lock/Unlock(Ctrl+F5).

hi,

i think you forgot password of BCUSER and you are trying with wrong password

if you have any other super user try to login with that user id and go to SU01 enter BCUSER and click on lock button and acknowledge the message (if require change the password in that TCODE)

Finally, I found the solution here.

Like D.Samrat said, use TCODE -- SU01, I resolved the same problem.
