Decimal field in interactive form

Hi all,

I try too add an input field of type decimal in IF.

It supposed to be a price field in European value.

I tried to set the properties to different values but when the user entered a value like 99,99 and click on an other input field this value disappeared.

When the user enters a value with a dot: 99.99 the value became 099,99. Also with the dollar sign e.g. €0.099,99

Is it possible to set the propertie that if a user enters 99,99 it stays 99,99 and if he enters 9,99 it also stays 9,99 and not 09,99?

Kindly check the display properties in the object pallette of the respective field in the ADLC.

Hi Anto,

I've tried too set this values for display, edit and validation.

When I set the values to 99,99 and you entered for example 999,99 the value became 10.00.

Because I don't know what for a price a user entered < 100 or maybe > 1000 I cant just set this value to 9999,99.

When I set this value and a user entered 9,99 the value became 0009,99.

Hi,

if I set the Display pattern to : $Z,ZZ9.99, in designer 7.0, the values are displayed as € 9,99 or € 9.999,99
