Need help for using transaction KP26 - Upload data from excel file

Dear all,

I am about to learn PLM, so I'm quite strange to field of PLM. Now I have a idea is that I want to use T-Code 'KP26' to upload data from excel file. Because I must implement the conversion logic when upload data from excel file, but I don't know how to do it. So, I need some detail document about it first. Is anyone who can offer me that?

KP26 / KP27 are being used to create activity type / cost. You can assign activity in the operation of PM order or Network operation in PS. System will calculate the labour cost based on the activity cost maintained through KP26/KP27.

Step 1: Create Activity type using T-Code ‘KL01’

Step 2: Maintain activity cost using T-Code ‘KP26’

You can upload activity cost through BDC program.

PLM is the incorrect form for this question, KP27 belongs to controlling.
