Forcing user to select Project Name when creating change request?

Does anyone know of a setting (anywhere!) that would force a developer to select a valid Project when creating a new workbench request? Thank you.

Hi

The only way to do is would be to use SE03 >Administration>display/change request attributes>SAP_CTS_PROJECT>obligatory attribute="x".

Do you have the CTS projects defined ?? If you do this, you need to create projects before you can use them..
