Access XI by Citrix or VPN.

Hi all,

I need to access XI 3.0 in customer, but i am not there. Is it possible to access a Integration Builder ( Design e Configuration ) by Citrix (Metaframe or VPN)?

Is there other way to access it?

It is possible via Citrix, just the Java Web Start must to be istalled on the Citrix server of the customer.

Other possibility is a VPN, or to expose the XI on internet opening the ports:

SAPGUI

Integration Builder

WAS ABAP HTTP

If the customer is in Brasil I can go there for free

In fact, we heve tree possibilities: Citrix, VPN and expose the XI to Internet.

Which options do you refer? (SAPGUI, Integration Builder

WAS ABAP HTTP)

If you really have all the possibility, the best is VPN.

Full access to ALL the tool of XI and to the Back-end application.

The Network administrator of the customer must to give you the data to access, and maybe also the SecurID card, if the customer adopt this technology
