PDF File Naming Convention

Is there a way to define your own naming conventions for PDF Files generated by SAP to be send by email or that will be made available for downlading in a browser or portal? An example: <sold_to_customer><order_number>.PDF?

Hi Angelique,

as far as I know there is no functionality provided by SAP for this, by default a file is called unknown.pdf. You could program your own webDynpro that reads the data stream.
