Remote cube data

Hi Experts,

I want to view data in remote cube? Is it possible? The requirement is I read remote cube through function module, It is not returning any value. So i need to confirm whether we have data in that cube. Can we view data of remote cube thru' LISTCUBE. If not do we have any other possibilities. I know the datasource aswell. I am on SCM 5.0
