Performance Assistant problems

Hi

i have installed a new system and my problem is that the performance assistant comes up with nothing on it. how can i rectify this?

This is a know issue with IE 7.0. please use IE 6.0 for viewing the docuemntation.

Hi,

i have configured Help in SR13 as follows

Variant = HTML Help

>> Platform = WN32

>> Area = IWBHELP

>> Path = /usr/SAP_HELP/solman/ENGLISH/HTMLHELP/HTMLHELP/HELPDATA/EN

>> Language = EN

>> Default = yes

the problem is there is no text when the performance assistant comes up, there is no documentation. how can i rectify the problem?

Hello Trevor,

You must be using IE 7.0. Uninstall it and use IE 6.0 instead. Hope it solves the issue.
