webservice is not getting called from SOAP receiver

Hi Experts,

i am new to X and my scenario is IDOC to SOAP.when i am sending an idoc i am getting following error.

com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.MessagingException: SOAP: response message contains an error Application/UNKNOWN/APPLICATION_ERROR - application fault: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: SOAP: response message contains an error Application/UNKNOWN/APPLICATION_ERROR - application fault

it was working fine previously and suddenly it stopped working.

what might be the reason.

any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Check the SOAP Url and SOAP action.

Also check ifthere is a proxy in between the webservice and XI . If yes, give the proxy server setting and the user credentials for the same int he receievr SOAP adapter.

Check about the acknowledgements to IDOC.

Wher did u find this error?

Check in Communication Channel monitoring for more details on the error.
