keydb.xml write error

I'm getting the following error when trying to install the Preview Web AS:

ERROR 2005-02-09 10:02:24

FKD-00070 Error when opening table container file C:/Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW04SR1/WEBAS_JAVA/CENTRAL/ONE_HOST/keydb.xml for writing. Possible reason: "read-only"

The strange thing is I'm installing as WebAS as the administrator and have full access. The file attribute is for keydb.xml is also not set to "read-only".

Has anyone experienced this problem? I have a feeling this error is relating to something else completely.

I'm stuck at this point, step 22 of 23. I'm almost there but need to get past this error.

If you navigate to the sapinst_instdir and check the properties is it marked with a grey read only check box if so change it.

Otherwise try taking ownership of the file system with the user that you are performing the install with..

If all else fails, try stop the install (Not reset) and reboot. Then try again.
