PO creation is taking a while

Hi,

SRM 5.0 ECS, no workflow, I have a couple of questions

1) I am creating the SC and ordering it but the system is not creating the PO instantly, its taking longer time than it used to, is there any BG job which controls this, I thought its WF which would create a PO. The same is happening with Confirmations and Invoice posting.

2) Can we create invoices with reference to a PO without creating confirmations in SRM?

Please reply with ideas.

1) kinldy check the technical paramters (with Basis) - not sure

2) Yes , Inovices can be created with reference to PO provided GR Based IV is not enabled in the PO in Ext classic scenario.

Hi ,

In Purchase order of SRM , check only the invoice expected and uncheck confirmation related IV .

In venor master in backend system , uncheck the GR based IV in vendor master.
