Hi everybody!
I need disable/hide several fields in CRM_DNO_MONITOR in detail ticket screen.
I'd try using BADI CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK but this dont cover all fields that I need disable (for example, CRMT_7010_SERVICE_UI-CATEGORY).
Any suggestion?

On other notes...Isnt creating seperate USER variants an Option to hide various fields in CRM DNO MONITOR.

Thanks for your answer, but I need disable fields at moment that edit mode is selected on ticket. The Badi DNO_EVENT_SAVE works in action save.
Do you have another suggestion?

You can use BADI DNO_EVENT_SAVE see note 571782 - Basis notification Badi during the saving.
also try if it can be achieved this by using Incompleteness procedure.
