DIsp+Work Dispatcher stopped

Hi

As i am trying to start J2EE engine i have made some changes in parameter file instance profile by RZ10 and i have activated it. I have done according to the note 741289. I have restarted the Sap System from MMC. But when i have started dispatcher is getting stopped and i am not able login through ABAB engine too.. Please see my dispatchers trace and help me to start the java engine..
