Single Monitoring view

Hello!

We have requirement to monitor all XI components(IE, Aapter, SLD, all caches, BPM, RFC destination and so on) from one place.

Our customer compares IBM EAI solution with XI.

RWB is not good enough for our customer.

Does CCMS fulfil this requirement?

Which monitor tool are using your customer in production? Does it satisfy?

This is a very complex issue, but I think XI can cover everything that is covered from IBM WebSphere.

The solution of this problem depends from what the customer want to monitor exaclty.

What is the leak that the customer laments ?

Basis Components monitoring ? Statistics ? End-to-End ? Payload oriented monitoring ?

Basis Components monitoring. It wants to know that all XI components are working correctly.

For the BASIS part you have no problem, really.

You have a strong and detailed monitoring of ALL components in CCMS, and you can take advantage from the Alerting Infrastructure also.
