Hello Saurabh,

One of your CCMS configuration parameter is still pointing towards your 'source' system that you used for system copy.

Check ports WE21, RFC definations & CCMS/monitoring related parameters

Hi,

don't know whether tihs is of any use for you, but if you search the SAP notes for error message RA 272, it points to SAP note 570285:

Quote:

Symptom

In transaction RZ20, the CCMS Alert Monitor, monitors that have been

defined by the customer may not work and also may not be editable after

an upgrade from Release 4.6x to Release 6.x. Customer-defined monitors

may show either no monitoring tree, no monitoring tree elements (nodes).

Or the MTEs may be displayed as white/inactive, no data being reported.

An attempt to display or edit the customer monitor definition may result

in error message RA 272.

Other terms

CCMS monitoring architecture;

Reason and Prerequisites

Particular monitoring trees, for example, the Oracle database monitoring

tree, were reworked and restructured between Release 4.6x and 6.x. SAP

standard monitors reflect the changes in the DB and other monitors, but

customer-defined monitors most likely need to be deleted and re-created.

Solution

After an upgrade from Release 4.6x to Release 6.x, do the following:

1. Check that monitors in transaction RZ20 are functioning correctly.

2. If a monitor is inactive or shows no monitoring tree, and especially

if this is a customer-defined monitor, delete the monitor and re-define

it.
