Add Rule Button inactive

Hello,

I have looged on to Alert config via RWB and the Add Rule button is disabled.

How do i activate that?

Hi,

You need to first select the Alert Category to which you want to add the Alert Rule.

In the Alert Catgeory Table you see in Alert Configuration window at the bottom, select the Alert Categoryu to which you want to add the Alert Rule and then the add Rule button will be enabled.

I got it...

One small problem.. the system is behaving a bit strange ..

when I click on a Alert catergory a different category gets diplayed in the rule section...

I had to try with permutation and combination as to which category to click to get my actual desired category.

Did u face this problem anytime?

Hi,

Never faced such an issue. Ofcourse did face the Add Rule button not active problem and figured it out after half a days work and thats why I could give the reason immediately.

Click on UPDATE table in the Alert Category Table in the Alert Config window and then check.?
