BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER error:Entries stuck in queue

Hi all,

We are running on SRM 5.0.I am executing the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER for transferring the PR's from R/3 into SRM Sourcing cockpit but the entries are getting stuck into the outbound queue in R/3.I am getting the error as SYSFAIL-"Exception condition "OBJECT_ID_NOT_FOUND" raised."

I have made all the relevant settings in R/3 as well as SRM but no success.Anybody any suggestions?

Hello Disha,

Please check the RFC user should be in the PPOMA structure and should have attributes.

Also check the responsibility tab in the local purchasing group.

Looks like this.

+ Local Purchasing Org

--+ Local Purchasing group

+ External Unit

--+ RFC user

Hi,

The RFC user is a dialog user and is maintained in the SRM org structure.

Check if external profile is flagged (EBAN-EPROFILE = X) for those PRs which are in EPRTRANS.

Also check if RFC connection is OK between R3 and SRM and RFC user is same as maintained in Entry channel in SRM. RFC user should be service user.
