Hi,

Another way is to use [ and ] in text symbols.i.e.[] will look like checkbox.

You can do it as suggested by negi.

But it looks very small in printout.

or one more method is to upload the image of checkbox and use it at the position where it is required just as we use logo.

Change the editor to 'PC Editor' and take the menu.

Include -> Characters -> SAP Symbols

sure this will not be visible in the print preview.but in printput it will come.
