Hi,

a saw in a screenshoot, that it's possible to create links to documents on the first screen after login in R/3 (SAP Easy Access).

Does someone know where I can customize this??

Thank you!

Hi,

For that you need to create <b>SAP Short Cut</b>

To know how to create short cut , just click on SAP Logon pad and press F1 , you can find the way to create Shortcut in SAPGUI help

Pls let me know if this helps

Hi Phani,

that's not what I mean. After the login via SAPGUI, I want on the first sceen (on the right, where by default an image gets displayed) links to f.e. pdfs that are on a file system.

I know that this works, the question is how ;-)!

Hi,

you should create a html file for whatever picture and links you want to show on the initial page. Upload this file using transaction SMW0, and assign MIME editor as iexplore.exe.

Then go to SM30, change mode for SSM_CUST and select this html file as your start image.

Hope this helps.

Yes, that helped! Thanks.

But I am facing the problem that I don't know in which package to import in smw0. I can't assign the html page to a z/y package.

Add it to any customer namespace package.

When I enter the trx, I get the msg:

"Object can only be created in SAP package"

When importing:

"SAP object W3HT XY cannot be assigned to package Z*"

Favourites> Add other Objects> Webaddress or file

and mention the filewhere it is located

u can customise using Sm30 change the table SSM_CUST and change value for START_IMAGE default to your image.
