2004s Upgrade: tp Stuck in TABIM_UP

Anyone hit this? I've tried all the usual tricks, stopping - cleaning memory, unlocking the system and checking stms config, etc. I can see the upgrade objects in the buffer. to just seems to be fixated on this one object.

Problem - TABIM_UPG - tp Stuck this phase looping on import of SAPKIBIIUR

1. From STMS - Import Monitor of BWS

tp finished: could not access file as supposed (see SLOG for more detail)

2. Transport in buffer

SAPKIBIIUR BICONTUSER BI_CONT 703 Upgrade: Other objects (MAIN)

Status - Waiting to be imported

3. Loop - Over and Over in /usr/sap/put/log/SLOG700

WARNING: /usr/sap/put/tmp/SAPKKIBIIUR.BWS is already in use (5440), I'm waiting sec (20061208224142). My name: pid 2900004 on sapbwsbx (bwsadm)
