Transport XI Content Using CMS

Hi All,

Can anyone please guide me how to transport XI content(IR,ID Objects) using CMS.

I am using NW2004s SP 9.

I already have the HowToTransportXIusingCMS pdf, but i believe that is valid for XI3.0.
