FTP error

Hi All,

I need to pick up a file from my local machine using FTP. I have FTP server installed on my localhost. I am able to FTP to it from other machines in the network ,so I believe Firewall is disabled.(I don't have access to XI server, so I cannot FTP from there).

But in Adapter Monitoring I get the following error with either Anonymous login or Username/password:

<b>java.net.ConnectException: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.</b>

I have given IP address in the Adapter Configuration.

Any hints on how to make this work?

Puloma,

Ur FTP server port is denying access to XI.

Check if the FTP port is open from XI server location or not...
