I have a question for you regarding the workflow and the personal settings.
When user have something in the workflow to approve/reject, users go in transaction code SBWP and the inbox. They get on the right hand side a list of all document in their inbox and if they click one they can see at the bottom of the screen (if its an invoice) the parked document (if they double click they go
into the FI document (transaction FV63) or they can actually open the
scanned document. Currently our users are not able to do any of the
options. If they click in one of the links, nothing happens.
After doing some research, i have found that this as actually to do
with the Personal workflow settings. On this box 2 options should be ON:
- (Double)-clicking on an object displays the object inthe same window
-Use all objects
I have tried to find a OSS note that would mentioned about this and
actually found note 561127. BUT this note is not for version 7 only
until version 46D.
I went into the customizing and found that this settings can be changed
there. I have changed the settings, created a transport request,
released the same and it was transported from our development to the
testing system. I actually did this under SAP NetWeaver / Application server / Business Management / SAP Business Workflow / Basi Settings (Workflow System) / Change Presettings for Personal Workflow Settings. Nothing has been changed. Although the customizing is changed, settings are not applied in SBWP. Do you happen to know what the problem can be? Does this means that even existing an entry in the customizing for this, the users themselves have to setup this settings under their user ID?
