In SLD ...On one product how to create the dependencies software components

Hi XI Experts

In SLD ...On one product how to create the dependencies software components

i.e On one product if i have three components(SWC1,SWC2,SWC3) then how

should i make the objects created on SWC1 and SWC2 should be accessible

to SWC3 on the same product ?

Hi,

Go to your Product and Click on SWC3 , here Click the Useage Dependency.

Select Depency Context : Installation time.

Define Depencies, Now it show the list of SWCV select SWC1,SWC2 then create.

Now reimporT the SWC3 into IR.

You will find the Dependency object under Basis Ojbect in IR.

Hi Prasad,

You need to create Usage dependency for the SWCs.

Quite simple, go to SWC3 --> There will be an option Usage Dependencies --> in this select SWC1 and SWC2 and then the dependicies should be visibe in the Repository.
