I wanted to start learning about BPM and how do we do in SAP XI. Can someone send me some docs through which I could learn how to navigate and create Business Process.

In your Integration Repository there is a software component SAP BASIS. Open it up and click on http://sap.com/xi/XI/Demo/Agency and then open the Integration Process. You can see a demo on BPM there.
