Begin and End dates for Services and framework po

Hi Experts,

We are creating purchase requisition always from our shopping cart. When we are creating shopping cart for services or framework PO, we are not getting start date and date flowing from shopping cart to purchase requisition.

There is no place in purchase req. for these dates. Please suggest if anyone come accross this problem. Is there any solution? I know we can create customised fields on R/3 side. But is there any other suggestions.

Hi,

I can propose you 2 solutions :

1- customer fields in PR to store the dates

2- At R/3 PO creation, call from R/3 to read the SC content and add the dates to the R/3 PO.

Thus you won't have any date in the PR but PO will be filled correctly with dates.

I would suggest solution 1.
