I have SAP R/3 release 4.7 version , I have a list of Program name and its respective T-code , now i want to know when was the last date the program was executed.

You can find this in St03n.There choose expert history and then load history option. Then use the transaction profile.

You can do this by activating audit profile in SM19 , and selecting TRANSACTION START and REPORT START options in EVENTS tab in SM20
