Connect with Fedex

Hello,

I want to now if someone succeed to connect from Fedex server to R/3 and from R/3 to Fedex via SAP XI.

In Fedex ask me about "SAP Business Connector" that uses the SAP DELVRY03 Idoc as input and we update the SAP VLBL table directly via a RFC with charges and other information.

In my company we want to use with SAP XI instead of SAP BC.

Dear Elad,

Yes, it is possibe to use R/3 <--> FEDex for shipments

without Business connector and XI.

We implement fedex solution with in 2 weeks.

You can use easy XI instead of SAP Business Connector.

SAP XI it's the consolidated product that substitute the SAP Business Connector.

You must to know exactly how XI will communicate with Fedex ( HTTP ? SOAP ? FILE ?)

Then it will be easy to make the XI->R/3 communication, because there is a lot of native methods (RFC, IDoc, ABAP proxy)
