Hi,

we create princing for a product. For example 100/- In sales order the pricing was reflect. The client want increase the price 150/- so where should we change.

Hi,

if the request is to alter the price only for this SO, then go into the SO in change mode (VA02), from the menu bar select ->>GOTO -> Item -> Conditions,

the pricing screen will appear. Here, change the price from 100 to 150.

If the request is to change permenantly from 100 to 150 for all future orders, then check the condition type used for maintaning this 100/- (from the same screen as indicated above) and most likely it would be PR00 or something. After locating the condition type, go to T.Code VK12 (condition record change mode) and change the price from 100 to 150/-.

However, i have a doubt: There should be a Master data team in your client place who will have the necessary authorisation for changing these master data // otherwise also, if you are in consulting, then you may not be having authorisation for VA02 T.X.

Not sure, whether our understanding of your requirement is correct. pls update us!

To to give u a info

Manual change of price in the order screen will override the Automatic pricing calculation, so u can go for the first step given above, changing it from 100 to 150 manually.

Else if u want a permanent solution and if you dont want to manually change everytime then u need to change the condition record for the contition type from 100 to 150 using VK12

Hi,

As per your query , ur price condtion record for Product 100/- already exist.

Now your client want to update the price with Rs 150/-.

you can do this in TC: Vk12.

Go to TC: VK12,

select your condition record,

choose "Change amount" (last row in the screen-)

Enter the field(if you want to increase in Percentage or Absolute amount) in your case its amount. & Copy button

u ll observe the message on screen with old & new values

now save the record.

standard means, u will maintain the new condition records in VK11.occastional means u will change in sales order.

Hi,

Look for the Pricing condition Type ,

In Standard SAP it would be PR00.

Also look for the available access sequences.

Go to Tcode VK11

Give the Sales Org , Dist Channel ,Cutomer Number , if available or

give the Materaial Number and the New Price 150.

Save the pricing record and try to create a Sales Order for the Material you used

above.
